EXCHANGES/RETURN OF ITEMS
All unworn/unaltered merchandise can gladly be exchanged or returned within 30 days from DATE of purchase. ANY AND ALL DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE, that includes but is not limited to sale, clearance and seasonal merchandise which has been discounted. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original packaging without damage or use. If you return items that have been tried on, and they have make up/deodorant, pet hair or any other condition that renders them unsaleable, you WILL NOT be given a credit and the items will be sent back to you. If you choose to return your merchandise via shipping to us, you are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice. If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product please call us so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible at 239.231.9165. This must be done within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
